Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much respected school in Gardner, MA that is seeking a Special Education Teacher to assist them on a contractual basis for the 24/25 school year!

Details of the position include: Special Education Teacher 24-25 School Year

Locations : Gardner, MA

Start : 9/2/24

Duration : Full School Year

Schedule: M-F

• Either 7a - 2:15p or 8:45a - 3:30p depending on the school!

• Exact hours depend on grade level preference within the district

Job Description :

• Working in a sub separate program for students with developmental and intellectual disabilities, similar to a life skills program

• Special education teacher to write IEP goals, monitor student progress, lesson plan, manage classroom, attend IEP meetings and report findings, ect.

• Severe DESE licensure preferred moderate accepted

Experience:

• 1 year special education teaching preferred

• MA DESE Moderate or Severe Special Education License

Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr (based on experience)
