In the role of Aftermarket Planner 1, you'll play a pivotal part on our Supply Chain team.
The Planner I – Aftermarket is an entry-level role responsible for supporting planning activities to ensure the efficient delivery of aftermarket aerospace products and services. This position focuses on scheduling, material coordination, and aftermarket planning for aircraft components while gaining hands-on experience in production planning and supply chain processes. Under the guidance of senior planners, the Planner I – Aftermarket will help track inventory, create work orders, and collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop a career in aerospace planning, with opportunities for training and growth within the organization.
Summary of Duties:
• Learn to read, interpret, and create multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs) for aftermarket components and repairs in high product mix environment.
• Evaluate material shortages for aftermarket parts and support prompt solutions while keeping stakeholders informed in cross-functional team environment.
• Support demand analysis and supply planning to ensure availability of repair parts and spares.
• Help align material flow and production activity to meet aftermarket service commitments.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and documentation related to aftermarket modifications and repairs, assisting with updates.
• Assist in testing and certification requirements for new programs.
• Maintain engineering revision control to ensure accurate documentation for spare parts and repair processes.
• Confirm accuracy of pertinent data in the company ERP system for aftermarket inventory and planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on lead times, planning parameters, and any aftermarket-specific requirements.
• Perform work under direct supervision, handling basic planning tasks while escalating more complex issues to senior staff.

The expected salary range for this position is between $22.14/hr - $34.79/hr USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.

Qualifications:
• Possesses beginning to working knowledge of planning subject matter; 0-2 years of experience.
• MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Aerospace planning experience, logistics certification
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Previous supply chain/logistics experience
• MRP system experience
• Ability to read and analyze engineering prints
