Looking for individuals who have a strong work ethic and want to give back to their community!

Crack Sealing - Maintenance (Adams or Cloverdale locations)

October -April

Hours: Monday Thursday from 7am- 5:30pm; Overtime may be expected.

Hourly wage: \$19.00/Hour

Duties/Requirements:

Assist with repairing pavement cracks using compressed are and heat to remove moisture and debris, and fill cracks with hot-applied asphalt-based sealant.\ Work harmoniously with the same crew each day\ Care for and maintain District 1-ton trucks and related Crack Seal equipment\ Walk up to 10 miles per day while in moving traffic and the Right-of-Way\ Safely work around moving construction equipment such as dump trucks\ Must be self-motivated, have a strong work ethic, willing to take direction on processes and procedures & able to independently work outdoors in the heat.
