The position is responsible for managing all aspects of the Quality Assurance (QA) team to include maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015 accreditation as part of the Life Science Solutions Diversified Laboratory Repair (DLR) team. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, highly organized, and able to communicate effectively.

Where is the work:

This position has been designated as Hybrid.

Responsibilities:

· Overall responsibility for all quality activities and requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.

· Direct all aspects of QA team including hiring and leading QA specialists required for business growth.

· Manage all Standard Operating Procedures, to include annual reviews; editing, revising, and creating new SOPs; partnering with leadership team to provide SOP training; and ensuring SOP compliance by all employees.

· Perform QA review of completed service documents.

· Manage employee training records.

· Lead and participate in annual internal audit and any external audits.

· Develop daily/weekly/monthly management processes to achieve business outcomes and relevant KPIs.

· Maintain ISO 9001-2015 accreditation for current locations. Earn additional accreditations as required to support business growth objectives and customer requirements.

· Lead QA meetings and provide quality perspective.

· Instill a culture of quality across the organization.

· Communicate with customers, providing QA analysis and outlook.

· Lead CAPA investigations and root cause analyses.

· Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 3-5 years of Quality experience required

· Microsoft Office (esp. Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and web-based programs

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Able to prioritize and manage multiple recurring tasks

· Able to work independently

PREFERENCES:

• Past audit experience, internal or external

• Ability to travel 3-4 times a year to other DLR site(s)

• Practical ISO 9001experience strongly preferred.

• cGMP/GLP quality system experience strongly preferred.

Compensation:

Salary Range: $ 80,000-$120,000
