Job Title: HVAC Service Coordinator
Job Description
Will be dispatching a team of 9 service technicians, ordering parts, monitoring schedules adjusting by priority of service, and working with 2 others on the dispatch team.
• Answer customer inbound telephone inquiries.
• Proven experience as dispatcher or relevant position.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills
• Scheduling appointments for field personnel
• Dispatch service technicians.
• Monitor schedules.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their service call.
• Professionally address and resolve issues with the occasional dissatisfied customer.
• Customer follow-ups.
• Support our customers, field service personnel, and management!
• Perform other office duties where needed.
Hard Skills
HVAC industry experience is a MUST
3 years Dispatch /Service Coordination Experience
2 years of experience, however would prefer someone with 3-5 years of commercial experience
MS Office
Dispatch software experience
Ability to type 40 WPM
Soft Skills
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
Work Environment
Will report to Operations Manager and Vice President.
HOURS: M-F, 7:30/8am - 4/5pm (flex as needed based on what the team needs).
