Role Overview

As one of our next-generation growth leaders, you will work alongside commercial leaders and customers to gain a true understanding of our go-to-market strategy. We will equip you with the skills you need to succeed through training, investment, experience, mentoring and coaching. This role focuses on identifying enterprise leads and pipeline value. The Associate Business Development Representative will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying enterprise opportunities.

This is a remote opportunity with the ideal candidate residing in one of the following locations. Seattle, Phoenix, Denver, Chicago, Milwaukee or Kansas City. Must be willing to travel!

Incentives

This is a salary plus commission opportunity

What You'll Do

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential enterprise accounts using data and predictive insights.

  • Develop personalized engagement strategies for key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Gain exposure to learn the business, industry and processes while building a strong network

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing outreach and nurturing strategies.

  • Partner with sales teams to deliver tailored content, tools, and insights for effective prospect engagement.

  • Closely work with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions to address those needs
