Position Purpose: The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations, optimal communication lines, and effective program management. This role involves coordinating hiring support, credentialing, filing processes, problem-solving, and assisting with ad-hoc special projects.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide administrative assistance and clerical support to ensure cost-effective operations and optimal communication.

  • Coordinate hiring support, credentialing, and filing processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and standards.

  • Assist with calendaring, compiling, summarizing, and formatting data for reports and database systems.

  • Prepare complex reports, narrative documents, presentation packets, and informational materials.

  • Provide backup coverage for other administrative support positions.

  • Handle travel arrangements and oversee meetings and event planning as needed.

  • Maintain and update transportation schedules.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.

  • Data entry and scheduling experience preferred.

  • One (1) year of customer service experience preferred.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required; strong Excel skills critical.

  • Superior written/verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and groups representing diverse perspectives.

  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, customer service skills, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to engage in physical tasks such as kneeling, crouching, reaching, lifting, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting.
