Job Description:

The Department of Health Services Research, Management, and Policy in the College of Public Health and Health Professions is seeking a Federal Work Study (FWS) Student Assistant to join Dr. Strekalova's lab beginning Spring 2025. This role will support a range of administrative duties, including lab support, managing records and database, and providing support to the coordinators on the team.

Expected Salary:

$13.00 hourly

Minimum Requirements:

Current Federal Work Study (FWS) award

Preferred Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to coordinate and organize electronic files effectively, has a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time, and successfully manage multiple priorities.

Experience with technical writing and knowledge of PowerPoint.

Available to continue in the role for future semesters.

The work schedule varies between 5-15 hours per week, based on the FWS award and hours worked. Hours are flexible within regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. This role is typically filled year-round, and is expected to extend beyond the Spring semester.
