Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Fulton, Maryland

Description We are on the hunt for a skilled Accounting Clerk, specializing in the IT Software industry, to join our team in Fulton, Maryland. This role will focus on providing executive support to our leadership team, handling a variety of administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth operations within our department.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various administrative functions for leadership team including maintaining calendars and schedules, making travel arrangements, and completing expense reports.

• Manage communication between upper management and employees, collaborating closely with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.

• Maintain files, prepare presentations, and handle mail/email/correspondence.

• Be responsive and maintain communication with other departments/individuals and conduct follow-up for various projects and ongoing tasks and responsibilities.

• Use proficient skills in software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite to perform tasks efficiently.

• Show flexibility and adaptability in response to changing work landscapes.

• Maintain company confidences and ensure privacy and security of high-level systems and operations.

• Utilize skills in administrative assistance, office administration, calendar management, and meeting minutes. Requirements • Prior experience in the IT Software industry is crucial

• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role

• Familiarity with basic Accounting principles

• Professional manner and strong ethical code

• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive

• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately

• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software

• In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and platforms

• Proficiency in English, both oral and written

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information

• Experience in Administrative Assistance

• Proficiency in Office Administration

• Calendar Management skills

• Ability to take Meeting Minutes effectively
