Description

Position Overview:

Under the direction of Medical Sales Manager, the Sales Support Representative is someone who performs a variety of sales-related duties and provides sales support in accordance with company policies and procedures. Target account channels include Medical and Active Aging accounts. This position will support growth in the market by improving partnerships with current partners and growing new partners with the Medical Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

Sales Related:

· Manage post sales communications with partners to ensure accuracy

· Coordinate with logistics team internally delivery schedules and confirmations with partners

· Provide feedback and improvement opportunities with operations team on medical partner communication and operations.

· Serve as single point of contact between medical partners and internal teams to improve operations and efficiencies

· Responsible for implementation of product information within Medical Dealer portals working with marketing to ensure product information is accurate and on brand.

· Timely data entry and updated information in contact management system

· Coordinate and collaborate with internal marketing resources to improve our sales positioning with Medical Dealers

· Provide Product Management with product, market and customer information

· Regularly provide management with accurate reports

· Collaborate with Medical Sales Manager to strategize and cultivate the territory

· Follow all related procedures & policies

· Attend periodic industry trade shows which usually require travel

Requirements

Education:

· Minimum high school diploma or equivalent plus additional training or education such as an associate degree with combination of experience preferred

· Bachelor's degree preferred in relevant field preferred

Experience:

· 1+ years of industry experience as a proven producer preferred

· Sales forecasting and reporting capability required

· Working knowledge of the commercial fitness industry and medical or active aging market preferred

· 1 year or more of experience in either procurement, marketing or sales with Medical Markets

Other Requirements:

· Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer required

· Software experience with CRM (SFDC), Auto Sketch or similar preferred

· Driver’s license required with acceptable motor vehicle record for extensive domestic travel for customer site visits, trade shows, sales meetings, etc.

$75,000-$85,000 Salary plus commission
