Job Description:

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Manager– Fullerton, NE

This is an non-exempt level position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage grain settlements from producers and commercials.

  • Manage freight payments.

  • Customer reports (delivery sheets, settlements, tickets, etc.)

  • Assist in origination and merchandising efforts.

  • Assist customers in learning new technology (app, re gen programs, etc.) that the company rolls out.

  • Help scale inbound/outbound grain on a needed basis

  • Service customers as they walk in the door with questions.

Required Skills:

  • Must possess attention to detail and ability to multitask.

  • Must be able to communicate fluently among team members and customers.

  • Microsoft word, excel and power point.

  • Microsoft teams for video conferences.

  • Fluency in grain accounting preferred.

  • Knowledge of the grain markets, grain elevator system, futures market preferred.

Education Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency.

  • Bachelors or Associate’s Degree Preferred.

Required Experience:

  • Face to face customer service in an office setting.

  • Experience with Microsoft office and an internal accounting software.

  • Grain accounting experience preferred but not a requirement.

  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
