Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Soccer Coach to work with children aged 1 to 5 years old. This entry level role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for early childhood education and a knack for making physical activities enjoyable and engaging for toddlers. As a Assistant Coach, you’ll help foster a love for soccer through playful activities and basic skill-building exercises.

What We’re Looking For:

• High energy and excitement for working with young children.

• Strong interest in child development and teaching.

• Previous experience with early childhood education or coaching is a plus but not required.

• Ability to create and maintain a joyful and engaging atmosphere.

• Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work minimal hours.

The Assistant Coach position currently requires minimal hours, suitable for someone looking to supplement other commitments. However, the workload is expected to increase in the coming months as we expand our operations. The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to transition to a more consistent coaching schedule as needed. To start, as an Assistant Coach you have the opportunity to assist 1-3 classes per week and earn $20 per hour. Eligibility for additional hours, promotion and earnings up to $25 per hour within 60 days of employment.

Schedule:

The ideal candidate would have morning availability during majority of the below days and hours:

• Monday - Friday: 9:00a - 11:30a

• Saturday: 8:30a - 11:30a
