Our client, a leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Processor to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Processor, you will be part of the aerospace finishing team supporting quality assurance and production efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions meticulously, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Processor

Location: Fullerton, CA

Pay Range: $20.28 per hour

What's the Job?

• Prepare parts for finishing by masking and unmasking components according to work instructions.

• Apply coatings and paints to aerospace parts using spray equipment or manual techniques.

• Operate sandblasting equipment to clean, roughen, or prepare surfaces for coating.

• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.

• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in aerospace finishing, painting, or processing preferred.

• Proficiency in using spray painting equipment and sandblasting tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to detect surface imperfections.

• Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling coatings, chemicals, and protective equipment.
