Looking for a hands-on, high-energy role that keeps you moving and challenges your technical skills? As a Facilities Field Technician – HVAC/R with PDS Tech, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping facilities running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:

• HVAC/R Mastermind – Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, and electrical systems for peak efficiency.

• Fixer of All Things – Repair everything from air handlers to lighting, plumbing, production equipment, and more.

• Energy Efficiency Guru – Ensure systems run in top condition to maximize performance and lifespan.

• Safety First – Conduct hazard assessments, follow safety protocols, and keep work areas clean and secure.

• On the Road Again – Travel between sites in a company-provided vehicle (gas card included) to handle maintenance needs.

• Documentation Pro – Use CMMS systems like Corrigo to update work orders in real time.

What We’re Looking For:

• HVAC/R Expert – Minimum 10 years of technical experience in HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and facility maintenance.

• Certification Ready – Must have or obtain Universal CFC Certification within 90 days of hire.

• Hands-On Pro – Skilled in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining facility equipment.

• License to Drive – Valid driver’s license required—you’ll be behind the wheel of a company-provided vehicle.

• Customer-Focused – Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.

• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using CMMS software for tracking maintenance and repairs.

• Physical Stamina – Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs, climb ladders, work in extreme temperatures, and handle physically demanding tasks.

Pay Details: $44.21 per hour
