Job Title: Global HR Manager

Location: Hybrid (1 day required in-office, Ft. Lauderdale, FL)

Job Type: Part-Time (16 hours per week)

Compensation: $75 - $85 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Global HR Manager to join our team in a hybrid role, working 16 hours per week. This position will focus on managing HR functions across our international operations while ensuring compliance with local regulations and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Oversee recruitment, talent management, and employee relations across various regions.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

  • Provide guidance and support to regional HR teams and management.

  • Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on global HR practices.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
