ASM’s Broward County Convention Center has an excellent and immediate opening for an Experience Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for implementing and managing all digital screen management, internal & external branded-sponsorship opportunities, analytical and database management, and assist in long and short-term marketing programs. Works directly with cross-functional teams with continuous interaction with clients to achieve marketing initiatives and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Establish omni-channel marketing best practices and procedures for digital signage programming for internal and external branded sponsorship opportunity
Responsible for programming digital signage software
Develop venue sponsorship program and develop relationships with external partners
Lead brainstorming, planning, and implementation of marketing plans
Assist in e-newsletters, and maintain subscriber database
Analyze data from online marketing platforms such as web, email, and digital screens
Assist with marketing campaign, lead generating initiatives, and special projects
Manage, track, and report on programmatic digital campaigns
Evaluates new technology and product ideas and contribute to new service offerings along with identification of areas for innovation
Assist in creating/updating digital assets, and venue advertising and marketing collateral
Builds and maximizes relationships with local businesses and media partners to maximize resources and outreach efforts related to programming
Work in conjunction with Event Services in the planning and execution of events, and event sponsorships
Works closely with the Sales department in identifying, analyzing and reporting current and historical trends and opportunities in all convention markets
Manage development, production, and distribution of promotional and collateral materials to support sales and marketing programs
Assist with creating marketing campaigns surrounding the launch of the East Expansion
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the growth and expansion of services

Education and/or Experience
A minimum education level of BA/BS Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Travel & Hospitality, or relevant field
Previous experience (4+ years) within Digital Marketing and/or Travel & Hospitality preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Email database management experience using Mail Chimp, HubSpot or similar platform
Understanding of Google Analytics / GA4
Familiarity with graphic design and/or video programs: Photoshop, premier pro, etc
An understanding of best practices with SEM/SEO, programmatic ad platforms, and database management
Must possess the motivation and focus to manage campaigns from start to finish and measure their impact.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service and public relations skills
Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, oral and written.
Client-facing skills, and tech savvy is a plus

Demonstrated passion for Marketing and/or the Travel & Tourism Industry
Creative and pro-active problem solver is a must

Experience in Sponsorship / Partnership Relationship is preferred
Extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task effectively
