McAfee, Inc. Senior Executive, Global Sales Operations & Enablement - Hybrid in Frisco, Texas

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Executive with extensive global sales operations and enablement experience to lead the Sales Organization to new heights. This role will be instrumental in defining and executing our go-to-market strategies across all regions, driving sales performance, and enhancing operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring extensive global sales operations and enablement experience, with a strong background in cybersecurity and/or consumer markets within a global SaaS environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping our sales initiatives and ensuring that our teams are equipped to thrive in a competitive landscape. You will play a pivotal role interacting with Sales Leadership as well as cross-functional stakeholders: Product, Channels, IT, Finance, Marketing, Legal, Support, Engineering.

Reporting to the Worldwide Head of Sales Enablement & Operations, the ideal candidate can flourish in a fast-paced environment and can communicate effectively at SVP & VP levels.

This is a hybrid position; you will be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office likely 1-2 times a week, with some flexibility around this. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to Frisco or Dallas and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Role:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, focusing on market penetration, revenue growth, and customer retention.

  • Go-to-Market Enablement: Lead initiatives to equip sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to effectively engage prospects and close deals, enhancing overall sales performance

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to create a unified approach to market engagement and customer experience.

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and team performance, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

  • Team Development: Foster a high-performance sales culture through recruitment, mentoring, and ongoing professional development of sales staff, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.

  • Global Perspective: Manage and support sales operations across multiple regions, adapting strategies to accommodate diverse markets and cultural nuances.

  • Global Sales Compensation: Strategize and review sales compensation & commission structures that motivate the sales team, align with business objectives, and drive performance across all regions.

About You:

  • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 15+ years of experience in sales operations and enablement, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the cybersecurity or technology sector.

  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence in a global environment.

  • Strong understanding of the consumer cybersecurity landscape and related market dynamics.

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.

  • Experience with sales tools and technologies, CRM platforms, and data analytics.

  • High integrity, excellent judgement — you’ll have access to sensitive information and must treat it appropriately.

  • Sense of ownership — you have a mentality of “the buck stops with me” and always ask “what did I contribute to this situation?”
