Job Title: Program Manager, ATM as a Service

Location: Frisco, TX (hybrid)

Position Summary

The Operations & Compliance Department Deployment Group is responsible for ATM deployments, ATM reprograms, branding, compliance with all ATM regulations, the mitigation of potential liabilities, and assisting to avoid penalties, sanctions or other methods of legal punishment.

The Program Manager is responsible for the mentoring and training of deployment team members, including Project Managers and Project Coordinators. Individual will also be required to manage projects throughout the project life cycle and to provide direction to team members during the Manager’s absence.

Project Management Institute (PMI) methodologies are utilized in all project phases, including project initiation, planning, execution, oversight, and close-out, to ensure assigned projects are completed to align with the company’s objectives and satisfy all regulatory requirements.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and simultaneously, including high-profile and large-scale deployments.

  • Mentor and train team members for increased understanding of project methodology, efficient use of business tools, and improving “people skills”.

  • Ability to act as “back-up” for the Manager/Project Management in their absence.

  • Identification and implementation of opportunities for process improvement, with a focus on increased productivity and overall success of the deployment team.

  • Oversight of adherence to policies and processes related to various tasks outlined within the department.

  • Manage all aspects of ATM installations, de-installations, branding, and reprogramming plans for assigned projects.

  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, project teams, and others to communicate progress, issues, and timelines for the resolution of issues.

  • Reporting of project progress to stakeholders and all levels of management.

  • Create and update project records in QuickBase™ application, utilizing macros to achieve desired results.

  • Perform required project tasks in Oracle™

  • Define and document the scope of work required for successful completion of projects.

  • Determine and outline roles and responsibilities for project tasks.

  • Identify dependencies and manage internal relationships required to successfully complete assigned projects.

  • Create and communicate “customer specific” metrics as required.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 5+ years’ experience in a project manager or operations role; ATM industry experience is a plus.

  • PMI Certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, quickly respond, and prioritize between multiple demands.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, critical thinking, problem solving, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Strong Excel skills required (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).

  • Ability to achieve proficiency in the use of various internal applications, including EPM, Cardlink, CORE, Oracle™ and Quickbase™

  • Ability to work with internal and external partners at various levels.

  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members.

  • Ability to provide direction to team members in the Manager’s absence.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to perform in a team setting and as an independent contributor.
