Financial Analyst II The Financial Analyst II role will be responsible for creation, analysis, and review of monthly / quarterly ad-hoc sales, productivity, expense, and pricing reporting and tools. Provides support and financial analyses for report and tool recipients. Position Competencies Successful incumbent must have the ability to handle small to moderate projects; to communicate effectively with department managers and relationship managers; to understand and to apply the financial and management accounting concepts, practices, and procedures necessary to aid in the completion of moderate assignments, have the knowledge and understanding of the applications supported and an understanding of how business functions are impacted by issues and changes. Position Responsibilities: Monthly Production & Processing * Execute the preparation of monthly / quarterly reporting / tool production process by gathering data and analyzing data variances. * Proactively resolve data, reporting, and tool issues impacting performance and review impact with report users. * Review of monthly / quarterly reporting / tool results. Financial Analysis and Support * Provide (a) financial support to business units and DFOs, (b) make recommendations in an objective manner and (c) financial oversight. * Act as financial partner and participant in team meetings. * Supply written communication and present results as required. Develop, Implement, and Review of Pricing, Sales, Expense and Productivity Reporting * Includes answering detailed questions and resolving issues concerning reporting and tool methodologies and policy.
