Job Title: Senior Raw Material Planner
Summary:As a key player in the production process, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials to meet both current and future production needs, as well as supporting the company's growth plans. Your duties will include:
• Strategic Demand Planning: Assessing and forecasting raw material requirements for ongoing and upcoming production cycles, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
• SAP Expertise: Leveraging tools such as SAP MD06, MD04, and MiMi to accurately track and manage raw material demand, ensuring timely requisitions are entered for procurement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serving as a liaison between planning teams, procurement, and suppliers to communicate any delays, potential issues, or updates that could impact order fulfillment and production timelines.
• Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Taking ownership of raw material purchases, troubleshooting any challenges that arise, and proactively escalating issues to ensure customer demand is met without disruption.
• SVLL Raw Material Coordination: Overseeing the communication and execution of raw material sourcing for SVLL, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at every step.
Responsibilities Include:
Work with cross functional team-supply chain, business, operations, technology, and quality to execute debottleneck/improvement plan for raw materials
Work to align priorities for additional supply plan as needed
Work to identify challenges and bottlenecks with current raw materials and develop plans for improvement
Works closely with Asset Planners on raw material challenges and provide support to help proactively address issues, i.e delivery push outs, quantity changes, lack of confirmation, etc.
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role
3+ years supply chain experience or B.S/B. A degree in supply chain, business or related field
High technical aptitude
Ability to be able to organize data to make decisions
Ability to analyze data to make strategic business decisions
Ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
Strong communication skills- written and verbal
Positive attitude toward achieving defined targets
Ability to problem solve and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
Continuous Improvement Focus
Preferred:

What We Offer:Base Pay Range: $65,600 - $96,250
The actua l salary offered i s determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill set s, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable . Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
