Seeking a Program Manager to lead Post-Market design change, SW update, geographic expansion, and mobile platform HW programs. Will be leading cross-functional teams across multiple sites. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Oversees operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Manages the development and implementation process of a company's products and services involving departmental or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Reviews status of projects and budgets; and prepares status reports. Monitors the project from initiation through delivery. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. Required Knowledge and Experience: Strong Project Management skills (fundamentals mastered, use of tools such as MS Project, ability to quickly organize and develop project plans) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand complex issues and work with SME s to develop quick solutions Experience in Medical Device or highly regulated environment. Familiarity with quality systems and developing project plans that ensure compliance and all deliverables are satisfied. Requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years prior relevant experience.
