Description: About the Role The Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR III) plays a crucial role in supporting commercial and multi-family housing accounts by overseeing service coordination, billing inquiries, and multi-location account accuracy. This role requires frequent communication with property managers, tenants, and internal teams to schedule services, address service or billing concerns, and ensure smooth customer service. CSRs also handle inbound service inquiries, assist with phone and email sales, and facilitate third-party dispatching as needed. In addition to these responsibilities, they provide support to residential and wildlife customer service teams during peak periods. What You'll Do * Conduct inbound phone and email sales to promote services and secure new business from existing and prospective commercial and multi-housing clients. * Support commercial client accounts, ensuring accurate billing, service coordination, and issue resolution. * Serve as a liaison between property managers, tenants, and internal teams to facilitate scheduling and service delivery and resolve billing inquiries. * Communicate effectively via phone and email, demonstrating professionalism and problem-solving skills. * Support residential and wildlife CSR teams during overflow periods. * Maintain accurate records and documentation in the company's CRM and billing systems. Requirements: What You Bring Technical Skills: * CRM & Billing Software: Experience navigating and inputting data into customer management or billing systems. * Microsoft Office Proficiency: Excel (data entry, basic formulas, sorting/filtering). Outlook (email management, scheduling). MS Teams (chat, virtual meetings, file sharing). Typing Speed: Minimum 40 WPM with accuracy Customer Service & Communication Skills: * Professional Written & Verbal Communication: Ability to draft professional emails and handle detailed client interactions over the phone in an efficient manner. * Active Listening & Problem-Solving: Ability to assess customer needs and provide clear, effective solutions. * Multi-Tasking: Capable of managing multiple accounts, service coordination, and inquiries simultaneously. Analytical & Organizational Skills: * Billing & Invoicing Knowledge: Ability to review, explain, and resolve billing discrepancies accurately. * Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in account updates, payments, and documentation. * Time Management: Prioritizing tasks efficiently in a structured work environment. * 3 years minimum of call center customer service experience, ideally in a role involving commercial client support, coordinating services across multiple locations, or handling mid-level billing and invoicing tasks. * High school diploma or equivalent.
