Compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 , depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, production, logistics, and distribution.

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

  • Analyze supply chain metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.

  • Forecast demand and manage inventory to align with production schedules and market needs.

Experience Required:

  • 10-15 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, preferably with liquid products such as sauces, salsas, or beverages.

  • Proven expertise in managing end-to-end supply chain operations and improving efficiency.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards.

Compensation:

  • Starting salary: $75,000 - $110,000 (depending on experience)
