Job Description Maintenance Manager. Employment Type: Full-time position (40 hours/week from M-F) Day shift: 7:00 am-15:30 pm Benefits offered: Dental, Medical, Vision, Life and 401K Estimated Pay: 58.31 per hour. Job opening: 1 Start Day: ASAP Area: Fresno The worker will pay every two weeks. The company will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law. The company will reimburse the worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees.

Lead the maintenance department of a processing plant to guarantee the reliability of equipment. Responsible for the mechanics of the maintenance department and coordination with the production manager. All equipment used in the plant falls under the responsibility of the Maintenance Manager. Results based on downtime, availability of equipment and production values. Necessary Knowledge:

  • Dimensional control and Structures
  • Perform Quality Control for mechanics and machinists
  • Work to improve the production processes through continuous improvement
  • Improve the reliability and performance of the operating systems
  • Using software for Drawing in 2D and 3D as well as CAM.
  • Lead root cause problem solving efforts
  • Disassembles/dismantles machines and equipment
  • Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
  • Implement and manage engineering in an industrial maintenance shop
  • Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
  • Lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.
  • Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  • Lays out, assembles, installs, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and repairs and replaces gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related equipment.
  • Reparations/refurbishments of machines.
  • Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment.
  • Sets up and operates machine tools such as power tools, grinder, drill, and milling machine to repair or fabricate machine parts, jigs and fixtures and tools.
  • Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
  • Enters and maintains records pertaining to repair of equipment, purchase of parts, etc.
  • Researches purchasing requirements and completes proper paperwork for purchases.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
  • Follows safety guidelines at all times including lock-out/block-out procedures.
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist with moving machinery, parts and product.

Qualifications:
