Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Fresno, California, 93720, United States. This role primarily focuses on managing all aspects of financial record keeping within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all tasks related to Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) efficiently

• Operate and maintain computerized accounting systems proficiently

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounting data

• Oversee the general ledger and conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy

• Utilize Sage 300 for various bookkeeping activities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare clear and accurate reports for informational, auditing and operational use

• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and manage income and expenditure, invoice processing, and cash flow

• Ensure financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

• Review and improve financial systems and processes regularly for efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

• Proficiency in operating Computerized Accounting Systems.

• Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Familiarity with the Sage 300 accounting software.

• Proficient in maintaining and managing the General Ledger.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
