Job Title: Bilingual Spanish-English Customer Service Agent

Location: Fremont, MI

Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: $15 per hour

Shift: 2nd Shift (Exact hours will be discussed during the interview)

Job Description: We are looking for a Bilingual (Spanish-English) Customer Service Agent to join our team at a company in Fremont, MI. This is a 2nd shift position, perfect for those who prefer afternoon and evening hours. If you are fluent in both languages and have a passion for helping customers, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy.

  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Verification of High School Diploma or GED.

  • Reliable transportation to the worksite in Fremont, MI.

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
