Adecco is seeking a qualified Plant HSE Manager for our partner who is a global leader in the design and manufacture of trailer axles, brakes, and more. This opportunity is located at their Fremont IN site.

Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

· Ability to work 1st Shift; Monday-Friday: 6:00am-3:00pm

· Seasoned at developing and maintaining a variety of safety and environmental programs, policies and procedures that will ensure all associates are in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.

· Developing, implementing and managing a program to reduce occupational injuries and illnesses, including area assessments, injury investigations and clear, measurable goals.

· Establishing, implementing, and maintaining all Environmental and Safety Management systems in accordance with ISO 14001/ISO 18001, reporting to top management on performance, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications and competencies:

· Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in manufacturing industry required.

· 2+ years of managing Plant/Production/HSE programs and people.

· Proven success in creating and implementing HSE compliance and improvement plans.

The benefits:

· A salary of $75,000-$90,000 (based on experience & Degree)

o 10% annual bonus potential
