ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Technician in Fremont, California

Our client, a leader in life sciences, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the Production and Industrial department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $30.00 Hourly

What’s the Job?

  • Pick, pack, sort, arrange, count, store, and process items for shipment according to procedures and customer requirements.

  • Receive materials and verify quality, type, and quantity against documentation.

  • Operate distribution equipment safely in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.

  • Complete training and adhere to ISO standards.

  • Interact with internal personnel, demonstrating good communication and customer service skills.

What’s Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • 0-2 years related experience, preferably in logistics within a life science company.

  • Ability to operate powered industrial trucks and equipment at various heights.

  • Basic computer skills for ERP systems, Outlook, and shipping software.

  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including potential overtime.
