Manager, Workforce Solutions Program Manager Responsibilities:

1. Lead the team that ideates, develops, and launches innovative internal Meta products from product definition and planning through production, release and end of life.

2. Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

3. Drive software product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.

4. Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into technical product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.

5. Create business process workflows.

6. Manage direct reports and ensure that the team defines and analyzes metrics and informs the success of products.

7. Manage the product roadmap of computer and/or mobile products to drive internal user adoption and operational efficiencies.

14. 5. Technical program/product management or systems integration.

Public Compensation:

$244,883/year to $252,230/year + bonus + equity + benefits
