Robert Half Data Reporting Analyst - Google Analytics in Fremont, California

Description We are inviting applications for the role of Data Reporting Analyst specialized in Google Analytics. This role is based in Fremont, California, United States and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing reports to guide our strategic decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze raw data and conduct complex statistical analyses to extract actionable insights.

• Utilize Google Analytics to monitor, analyze, and report on our digital performance.

• Transform collected data into an understandable and usable format such as graphs, charts, or tables.

• Collaborate with team members to understand and interpret the data analysis results.

• Identify patterns and trends in the data set to support decision-making processes.

• Leverage data analysis skills to develop strategies for improving our digital performance.

• Ensure data quality and integrity during the collection and analysis process.

• Communicate complex data in understandable terms to non-technical team members.

• Utilize data visualization tools to present data in an informative way.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in data analysis and Google Analytics. Requirements • Proficiency in Data Analysis is a must-have skill for this role.

• Extensive experience with Google Analytics is required.

• Strong understanding of data reporting and visualization techniques.

• Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and recommendations.

• Experience in developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear manner.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience with other data analysis tools and software would be advantageous.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as statistics, mathematics, economics or computer science.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.

• Proven experience in data modelling and database design.
