As a Pressure Vessel Inspection Supervisor your mail responsibilities will include overseeing and managing the mechanical integrity program for stationary equipment and piping in the plant. This entails conducting thorough inspections and tests, ensuring strict adherence to inspection and testing regulations, and offering support for capital and expense projects by coordinating essential quality control and vendor surveillance inspections.

As a Pressure Vessel Inspection Supervisor, you create chemistry by...

  • Efficiently managing maintenance inspection plans (MP) and operations in SAP, ensuring accurate work allocation and hour assignment for each operation step.

  • Generating and overseeing job plans within SAP, establishing annual inspection budgets for each business unit, enabling effective resource allocation.

  • Analyzing inspection records and RBI rankings to optimize inspection intervals and support cost-saving initiatives.

  • Coordinating and leading meetings with business units to discuss scheduled versus completed inspections for each unit on-site.

  • Developing and managing a monthly compliance inspection report, ensuring contractors complete all inspections within compliance deadlines.

  • Maintaining comprehensive process documentation related to workflows and contract administration.

  • Developing detailed repair and welding procedures in accordance with BASF guidelines and applicable codes.

If you...

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline (preferred) .

  • Possess 10+ years of experience in similar roles within a production environment.

  • Are proficient in SAP.

  • Have a solid understanding of all safety rules and required EHS training, emphasizing your commitment to promoting safety programs and behaviors in the workplace.

  • Demonstrate effective and clear communication skills.
