Reputable commercial service company hiring a Temporary to Hire Collections/AR Associate to support the expanding client base! This role requires top-notch customer service and the ability to manage a portfolio of corporate clients. Experience with aging reports, check receipts, and Sage 300 highly preferred. This is an onsite position paying $25-30/hour based on experience with some overtime potential. Responsibilities

Monitor accounts on a daily basis and manage outstanding accounts receivable Take actions in order to encourage timely payments (collections calls, emails, etc.) Assist with payment application and reconciliation Communicate with leadership regarding customer accounts on a timely basis Resolve billing issues and discrepancies Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts Submission of invoices and requisitions via various e-filing platforms
