Job Title: Assembler

Job Description

As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality products and services for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include assembling and inspecting products to ensure the highest level of quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient work area, setting up and monitoring production, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and inspect products to ensure the highest level of quality.

  • Maintain a safe and efficient work area.

  • Set up and monitor production.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, production, and quality.

  • Operate assigned equipment.

  • Support the company's Operating System.

  • Comply with all safety standards and report production data.

  • Analyze data and production reports.

  • Set up and change over equipment.

Essential Skills

  • Manufacturing Experience

  • Soldering Experience

  • Ability to read and interpret schematics

  • Experience with electronics and electronic assembly

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $22.50
