Description

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support our client in the Freehold, NJ area. If you're a quick learner with strong communication skills and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

What You'll Do:

• Review architectural and engineering plans and send RFPs to subcontractors.

• Organize and evaluate bids to create accurate project budgets and schedules.

• Manage permitting, insurance, and site safety with our Compliance Team.

• Assist in client sample selections and approvals.

• Work closely with the Project Manager to keep everything running smoothly using Procore.

• Keep project documents organized and up-to-date.

• Process purchase orders, change orders, and manage invoicing with the Accounting Team.

• Prepare AIA payment requests.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• 1-2 years of construction or real estate experience.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to think ahead and plan 90+ days in advance.

• Procore certification.

• Experience with Jonas Premier.
