We are pleased to announce that Nexagen has an opening for a Program Analyst Job Title: Program Analyst Clearance Required: Must be a US Citizen Job Location: Fredrick MD in the vicinity of Fort Detrick, 10% Travel Job Salary: $45,000.00 – $100,000.00 (The salary range provided is a general guideline. Nexagen Networks considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.) Job Description: Coordinates various functions with team members to ensure staff actions, task assignments, and status reporting are executed to standard as required. Conducts follow-up actions on behalf of the Program Director. Conducts daily administrative tasks to support program activities. Must have a proficient working knowledge of MS Office suite of tools including MS Teams. Experience with the Defense Travel System is a plus. Position Responsibilities: Maintain team calendar and scheduling activities. Coordinate travel activity. Maintain program records as required. This position will be remote to start requiring routine trips to Fort Detrick. The position will evolve into a hybrid role requiring several days a week on the customer site at Fort Detrick. The position will eventually develop into a full-time on-site role at Fort Detrick. Qualifications: 5 years of relevant experience working in a DoD environment. A Bachelor’s degree is desired but not required. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance. Must possess interpersonal skills to interact with personnel at all authority levels inside and outside the organization.
