Drive and control equipment to support farm activities such as tilling soil, planting, cultivating, harvesting, and loading. May use equipment such as tractors, gators, mowers, tillage machines, and sprayers. Maintain and perform routine equipment repair, including irrigation systems. May use electric or gas-powered tools in the farm shop and on the farm. Assist with clean up, field prep, and general farm maintenance through use of electric, motorized, or gas-powered tools. Must operate equipment in accordance with safety rules and procedures to protect people, crops, and company property. Must be able to lift/carry 60 lbs. Must have or be able to obtain insurable driver’s license within 30 days following hire to drive company vehicles.
