A day in the role…

• Be available to consult with small business prospects

• Gain a thorough understanding of the customer’s small business operations, needs, challenges and goals

• Recommend the right solutions based on need across the product ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition

• Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach

• Champion the Company Brand of being Real, Smart, Honest, Committed and Spirited

• Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics

Necessary Skills and Strengths:

Strong Computer Skills | Great Customer Service | Sales | Metrics Based | Outbound Connections | Multi-Tasking | Fast Paced Environment | Software Sales

Core Experience:

• 1+ years of sales experience (call center environment preferred)

• Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc.

• Computer/software competency
