Job Title: Mechanic

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to troubleshoot equipment and HVAC systems, install new systems, perform routine maintenance, train junior team members, communicate effectively with clients and customers, order and maintain equipment, and ensure compliance with local HVAC codes.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2+ years of HVAC experience

• Experience with VAV, Chillers, Boilers, HVAC systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Maintenance technician experience

• Mechanical and electrical repair knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to meet local HVAC codes

• PPE - Steel Toe Boots/Shoes

Work Environment

This position operates in a distribution/warehouse setting with various temperatures including room temperature (59-86 degrees F), cold-room (36-46 degrees F), and freezer-room (minus 4 - 23 degrees F).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of FREDERICK, MD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Frederick,MD.
