Staffmark CNC Set Up Operator in Frazee, Minnesota

Pro Staff is excited to offer a direct-hire opportunity for a CNC Set Up Operator in Frazee, MN. Shift Hours: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (with potential for overtime) Starting Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year, based on experience Responsibilities: Interpret blueprints, layouts, and job orders for tooling instructions. Operate CNC lathes and mills to remove excess material. Manually or mechanically load and unload materials. Report machine issues or needed repairs to supervisors. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Monitor progress to meet production goals. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience with mills and/or lathes. Proficiency in CNC controls. Ability to read part prints and machining work orders. Familiarity with quality inspection tools. Basic math skills, including fractions and percentages. Preferred: FANUC programming experience and forklift experience. Strong troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; team lifting for heavier items. Willingness to work overtime.
