What will you be doing?

• Operating cold header threader machines to produce high-quality fasteners

• Setting up machines according to blueprints and specifications

• Inspecting finished products for defects and ensuring they meet quality standards

• Performing routine maintenance on machines

• Identifying and troubleshooting problems in the production process

• Adhering to safety procedures and maintaining a clean and safe work area

• Meeting production quotas and deadlines

What do you bring?

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years of experience as a cold header operator or in a related field

• Knowledge of different types of materials and their properties

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools
