Job Title: Blanchard / Surface Grinder

Location: Fraser MI

Shift: Day shift (5 or 6 AM start)

Hours: 40 -- 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Wage: $17 - $20 per hour (depending on experience)

Job Description: Our client is seeking a skilled Blanchard / Surface Grinder to join their team in Fraser MI. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Blanchard, surface or rotary grind machines and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a permanent position with a day shift schedule starting at 5 or 6 AM.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Blanchard/rotary grind machines to grind metal parts to specified dimensions
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
• Maintain and clean equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Always follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating Blanchard or rotary grind machines
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
