Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant

Job Description

Contractors will assist in operating machines by loading cheese rolls onto the table, rolling fruit on the cheese, and sending it through the machine for packaging. Additionally, contractors will ensure the cheese is correctly placed in the film packaging and loaded into boxes. Once the box is full, it must be lifted onto a pallet. This role is specifically for the goat cheese lines.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Franklin, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Saputo Cheese Franklin Location. Hours are 10:45pm-7am (Sunday Night-Friday morning). Overtime occurs on Friday nights with a one-week notice, usually every other week. The environment is maintained at 55 degrees. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and pants. All PPE and uniforms, including hair nets, beard nets, shoe covers, smocks, bump caps, and gloves, are supplied. No jewelry, fake/long nails, or fake eyelashes are allowed.
