ManpowerGroup US - Continuous Improvement Specialist in Franklin Twp, New Jersey

Our client, A chemical enginering company is seeking an Improvement Specialist to join their team. As a Production Planning Specialist, you will be part of the Implementation department. The ideal candidate will have chemical engineering and communication skills, and which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Planning Specialist

Location: Somerset, NJ

Pay Range: $22.00 Per hour

Schedule: Part Time (20 Hours weekly)

What’s the Job?

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement

  • Update SOP, JSA and other key documents

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.

  • Implement and train the team on changes

  • Participate in cross functional meetings and projects to support companywide objectives

What’s Needed?

  • Minimum 1–2-year experience in Microsoft Office

  • High School / GED Diploma or completed coursework in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field

  • Excellent communication skill with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

  • Must be able to work in chemical compounding environment

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
