Robert Half Sr. Financial Analyst in Franklin, Tennessee

Description We are in the search for a Sr. Financial Analyst to be a part of our team located in Franklin, Tennessee. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in influencing strategic decision-making, managing the budget and forecasting process, and contributing to board reporting. You will be deeply involved in financial modeling and analysis, providing actionable insights across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop rigorous processes for financial reporting and analyses.

• Prepare comprehensive analyses of company performance and key metrics.

• Create and maintain the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts, and various financial models.

• Prepare business cases, pricing scenarios, and other analyses as requested by department leaders.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and other reports that provide actionable insights across the organization.

• Create presentations and provide support for leadership, board packages, and strategic initiatives.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Translate complex financial analyses to non-financial team members. Requirements • Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of Business Systems

• Proficiency in Confluence is desired

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required

• Familiarity with Crystal Reports is advantageous

• Skilled in Data Mining Techniques

• Experience with the 'About Time' software is a plus

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Prior experience in Auditing is preferred

• Familiarity with Budget Processes is essential

• Knowledge of Capital Management is advantageous

• Experience with SAAS - Software As A Service is a must-have

• Must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required

• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Must have a strong work ethic and high level of integrity

• Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required

• Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred

• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus

• Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

• Experience in a senior financial analyst role or similar is preferred.
