This positon is 100% in office We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team in Franklin, TN. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our organization by managing various aspects of the revenue cycle process. This includes handling appeals and denials management to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and that our practice maximizes revenue. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team and ensure the smooth management of our billing and collections processes.

salary: $23.99 - $24 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Claims Management: Process and submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner. Monitor and track claim statuses to ensure timely reimbursement.

• Appeals and Denials Management: Review, analyze, and resolve denied or rejected claims. Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documentation to insurance companies to overturn denials.

• Revenue Optimization: Identify trends in claim denials and rejections. Develop and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve overall claims acceptance rates.
