Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator in Franklin, Tennessee, United States. This role will be pivotal in the financial services industry, requiring a detail-oriented individual with a keen understanding of accounting software systems. As a Payroll Administrator, you will handle various tasks including processing payroll, maintaining accurate employee records, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process payroll using ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian

• Maintain accurate records related to payroll administration

• Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly

• Administer 401k - RRSP Administration to ensure correct deductions

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems for financial reporting and auditing

• Leverage Crystal Reports for data analysis

• Undertake About Time software to track and manage employee time

• Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy in payroll

• Handle Benefit Functions, ensuring that all benefits are correctly implemented

• Use Paylocity for streamlined payroll processing

• Employ NetSuite for enhanced financial operations management. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
