Adecco is currently assisting a well-known National Pharmaceutical client, recruiting for a

Hybrid-Call Center Agent in Tennessee.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00 CST

The anticipated wage for this position is between $15.88 and $16.78. Hourly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

  • Responsibility for taking about 50 to 75 call a day.

  • Call center and Sales Support - Product Knowledge and Sales -Account Management Roles

  • 3rd party administrator supporting 4 companies

Experience

  • Must have call center experience

  • Healthcare Experience - Medicare Experience

  • Sales Experience is preferred

Education :

  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.

Work from home requirements:

  • Workspace is dedicated to business during working hours and is not accessible by others who may be present in the household; telephone conversations cannot be overheard, and documents/computer screens cannot be viewed by others.

  • You are required to provide your high speed internet speeds.

  • Minimal home broadband connectivity speed of 25 mb download and 3 mb upload speed. Speed for home internet can be confirmed by going to www.speedtest.net .

  • Smartphones are required. The VPN token will need to be downloaded to the user’s smartphone.

  • That the assignment could be changed to an in office assignment.

Pay Details: $15.88 to $16.78 per hour
