Job Description

The main function of a Data Center Construction Project Engineer is to direct and coordinate day-to-day activities in the field for onsite delivery of projects, regularly collaborating with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct and coordinate day-to-day activities in the field.

Regularly collaborate and engage key stakeholders, including Land Development, Security, Legal, Design, Construction, and Operations teams.

Work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that construction details and permit requirements are confirmed.

Work with the General Contractor engineering team to ensure that materials are reviewed, approved, fabricated, and delivered to the site.

Skills and Requirements

2-4 years of experience as a Project Engineer

General contractor/construction experience

Able to read design specs & drawings

Experience with MSFT suite

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

General knowledge and experience with a variety of construction means and methods

Ability to work well within a fast-paced environment and collaborate with multiple teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High energy, go getter, problem solver Data Center build/construction experience

Procore experience null
