Our client just outside of Foxborough, MA is looking to add a Quality Engineer to their growing team! A Bachelor's Degree is required for this role, preferably within Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering. Candidates will also need to have at least 3 years of working experience within quality. Our client is looking for someone with a great personality that can work well with cross-functional teams. responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee product inspections and testing with the Quality Technician to ensure they meet specifications.

  • Join MRB meetings and help decide on product outcomes.

  • Help track and report quality levels related to CSR, environmental, and health and safety goals.

  • Investigate product complaints and quality issues using PDCA and 8D methods to resolve them according to company rules and regulations.

  • Manage the Corrective and Preventative Action (CPAR) process to ensure Root Cause Analysis (RCA) is done and solutions are effective.

  • Ensure Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) are resolved promptly.

  • Update company procedures for handling complaints and inspections to ensure proper documentation.

  • Monitor risk-management and use problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development.

  • Train and support the Quality Management System, including quality policies and procedures.

  • Collect and analyze data to improve company and customer quality.

  • Implement methods to test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes and products.

  • Work with Department Managers to keep QMS documentation up-to-date for ISO 9001 compliance.

  • Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.

  • Meet deadlines for product or software delivery.

  • Assist with First Article Inspections (FAIs) and customer verification reports.

  • Conduct Supplier and/or Internal Audits as needed.

  • Complete customer compliance requests.
