Responsibilities

1. Work from electronic diagrams, blueprints, schematics, job tickets, work request, written and/or verbal instructions.

2. Install and run ethernet drops for computers, printers and phones.

3. Install and run conduit for low and high voltage systems.

4. Install and run low and high voltage wiring.

5. Install and maintain production and parking lot lighting.

6. Assist contractors as required.

7. Inspect and perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment as needed.

8. Assist in identifying and solving machine problems as needed.

9. Use electrical and electronic test equipment including but not limited to oscilloscopes, voltmeter, ammeters, meggers, digital meters, calibration apparatus, and laptop computers.

10. Assist in the construction and installation of new equipment as needed.

11. Follow all GMP, safety and company rules and regulations.

12. Maintain necessary records.

13. Perform safety checks on equipment as required.

14. Assistant other maintenance crews as required.

15. Move materials as necessary.

16. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.

17. Perform other duties as required or directed.

Qualifications

1. Associates degree in applied science or other technical degree preferred, or 3 + years in Industrial Maintenance

2. Must be proficient in at least four of the following: 480Vac (3) phase, low voltage, control voltage, running conduit, pulling wire, ethernet troubleshooting, industrial phone systems and industrial paging systems

3. High School Diploma or GED

4. Previous manufacturing experience preferred

5. Must have excellent attendance

6. Maintain a safe work environment

7. Must be able to work overtime as required

8. Must be able to perform all duties in a safe and effective manner.

9. Ability to read and write.
